Zoos South Australia is an independent conservation society with more than 32,000 members that represents a significant part of South Australia’s heritage and social history. We exist to save species from extinction and connect people with nature and as part of our conservation efforts we run Adelaide Zoo and Monarto Safari Park.

We rely on the generous support from the community to care for endangered animals, undertake research and conservation programs and delight and educate zoo visitors.

There are many ways you can help us protect animals not only in our own backyard but across the globe.
